  • How many hours of sleep the normal human needs ?
 
most of us think the answer will be eight hours !
in fact number of hours of sleep needed by normal human varies greatly from one person to another. But certainly the number of hours required by the same person always be fixed. Although the person may sleep in one night more than one night to the number of hours slept in the person during the week or a month is usually fixed. 
 
Most people slept 7-7.5 hours a day. This figure is the average number of hours for most people, but does not necessarily mean that everyone needs that number of hours. sleep actually ranging from less than three hours for some people to more than 10 hours for others .

  •  How we can avoid the disadvantages of sleep ?

 
4- Bedtime :
a- went to bed only when you feel sleepy
b- Use the alarm clock and woke up at the same time every morning, regardless of the number of hours that may be sustained through the night. Try to maintain a schedule sleep and wake up regularly during the week, as well as in the weekend.
 

     How we can avoid the disadvantages of sleep ?

  • why we need to sleep ?

     

    Sleep is necessary for all body functions.Because of this  Lack of sleep resulting in a lack of concentration and memory, slow reaction and make the right decisions, as it causes an increase in daytime sleepiness and irritable.

    Also more than Research showed  indicates that the wake-up continued for 24 hours conducting the mental capacity to make quick decisions and the right of humans to the same degree when drunk !
